How do I create my first savings goal?
Tap the "Create Goal" button on your dashboard, then:
- Choose what you're saving for
- Set your target amount
- Pick a fun name and emoji
- Start tracking your progress!
Can I have multiple savings goals?
Yes! With a premium subscription, you can create unlimited savings goals. Free users can have one active goal at a time.
Is this app safe for my child?
Absolutely! We don't collect any personal data, and everything is stored securely in your iCloud. There are no social features, chat, or external communications.

How do I add money to my savings?
Tap "Deposit" on your dashboard and enter the amount. This helps track real money that parents manage separately. The app doesn't handle actual transactions.
Can I withdraw money from my goals?
Yes! Tap "Withdraw" and enter the amount. This teaches that sometimes we need to use our savings, and that's okay. Always check with parents first!
Does the app handle real money?
No, the app only tracks and visualizes savings. Parents are responsible for managing the actual money that corresponds to the amounts in the app.

Why isn't my data syncing between devices?
Make sure:
- You're signed into the same iCloud account on both devices
- iCloud is enabled for the app in Settings
- You have a stable internet connection
- You have enough iCloud storage space
I lost my data. Can you help me recover it?
Since all data is stored in your iCloud, try checking your iCloud backup settings. If the app was backing up to iCloud, your data should restore when you reinstall the app.
The app is running slowly or crashing
Try these steps:
- Close and restart the app
- Restart your device
- Make sure you have the latest app version
- Contact us if the problem persists
๐ Subscriptions & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device, find "Simpler Budget: Monarch" and tap "Cancel Subscription". You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for your subscription.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your iCloud and remains accessible. Some premium features may become limited, but your savings goals and progress are never deleted.
